Painting With Chim Relocates to New Studio at CSC House

Painting With Chim, a well-loved creative studio known for its vibrant painting sessions, has officially relocated from its previous home at the Toyota Maselema Lux Building to a new space at CSC House in Blantyre Town near the National Library .

The move marks a significant new chapter for the studio, which has built a strong following among both amateur and professional artists in the region. Founded by local artist Chimwemwe “Berito” Luwanda, the studio has become a hub for creativity, offering paint-and-sip sessions and more.

"We're incredibly excited about this new beginning," said Chim in a statement. "CSC House offers a more central location and improved space for our growing community of artists and learners. We’re looking forward to welcoming both familiar faces and new visitors to our new home."

The new location is expected to provide easier access for clients commuting from various parts of Blantyre. Painting With Chim will continue hosting it’s regular schedule of events, including weekend group sessions and private bookings.

The studio is open Tuesday through Sunday, with walk-ins welcome and online bookings available through its official social media pages.
